What is Emotion Code?

Emotion Code is a gentle, powerful healing method that works with your body's innate ability to heal itself. During a session, we connect with your subconscious mind, ask specific questions, and identify trapped emotions one at a time that may be contributing to physical discomfort, emotional pain, or patterns you may feel stuck in.

Once a trapped emotion is identified, we release it. In some cases, your body may ask for a high-vibration replacement word such as love, peace, or joy to be placed in its stead, supporting your body's natural return to balance.

Your body was designed to heal. Emotion Code simply removes what's in the way.

What Emotion Code Is NOT

  • It is not a replacement for therapy or psychiatric evaluation
  • It is not a substitute for medication or medical treatment
  • It is not a diagnosis of any physical or mental health condition
  • Is not talk therapy

What Is a Heart Wall Session?

When we go through something deeply painful like a loss, a trauma, a heartbreak, our body instinctively protects us. It builds a wall around the heart using layers of trapped emotions such as shock, grief, fear, or depression. In that moment, this wall serves a purpose: it shields us while we survive what feels unsurvivable.

But over time, that wall no longer serves you. Instead of protection, it becomes a barrier keeping love out, keeping joy at a distance, and causing your heart to operate from a place of fear, anxiety, or emotional numbness.

Heart Wall sessions work to gently release those layers, replacing many of the trapped emotions with high-vibrational emotions like peace, joy, and resolute. As the Heart Wall comes down, people often experience:

  • A greater sense of openness and connection in relationships
  • Reduced feelings of anxiety, loneliness, or emotional heaviness
  • More ease in giving and receiving love
  • A renewed sense of purpose and joy
  • Feeling more like themselves again
  • Improved ability to process and move through grief
  • A deeper sense of inner peace

Heart Wall work is some of the most profound and life-changing work I do. Many clients describe it as feeling like a weight has been lifted because it has.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does a session work if we're not in the same room?

Sessions are done remotely using proxy muscle testing, which allows me to connect with your subconscious on your behalf. Distance is not a barrier. Energy is not limited by location and many clients find remote sessions just as powerful as in-person work.

Will I feel anything during or after a session?

Everyone's experience is different. Some people feel a sense of lightness, calm, or emotional release during or shortly after a session. Others notice shifts more gradually over the following days. Occasionally, the body goes through a brief processing period (sometimes called a "processing wave") as it integrates the changes.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person. Some people notice significant shifts after just one session, while others benefit from ongoing work especially for deeply layered patterns or a Heart Wall. I recommend starting with a single session to experience the work, and we can discuss next steps from there.

Is this safe?

Yes. The Emotion Code is a gentle, non-invasive modality. Nothing is added to your body. We are simply identifying and releasing what no longer serves you.

Can children receive Emotion Code sessions?

Yes, with parental consent. Children often respond beautifully to this work.

Are sessions done for animals?

Yes, with the owner's consent. We also will ask the animal for permission. They feel emotions and experience life like we do and highly benefit from this work.

Do I need to prepare anything before my session?

No special preparation is needed. Simply come with an open mind and, if you'd like, a general intention or area of focus. Staying hydrated before and after your session is always a great idea.

Is this covered by insurance?

Emotion Code sessions are not typically covered by insurance, as this is a complementary wellness modality and not a licensed medical or mental health service.
