1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session or purchasing a package through Gezellig Health, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Services

Gezellig Health offers Emotion Code and Heart Wall sessions conducted exclusively via video call (Zoom or Google Meet). These are energy healing modalities and are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or professional medical advice. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

All sessions are conducted via video call. A link will be provided upon booking. Please refer to our [Refund & Cancellation Policy] for full details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

4. Intake Forms

Prior to your first session, you will be required to complete and sign an intake form. This form helps ensure your session is focused and effective. Please complete it honestly and thoroughly — providing relevant background information in your intake form rather than during session time allows us to make the most of your time together.

5. Client Responsibilities

To support the most effective session experience, clients are expected to:

  • Arrive on time and ready to begin
  • Join from a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted
  • Be adequately hydrated before your session and continue drinking water throughout
  • Come with a clear focus or intention, or choose "general" if you're unsure
  • Complete your intake form in full before your session

6. Session Recording

By booking a session with Gezellig Health, you acknowledge and agree that all video sessions may be recorded. Recordings are made for the following purposes:

  • To ensure the safety and well-being of both the client and practitioner
  • To maintain an accurate record of the session in the event of a dispute
  • To generate session transcripts, which may be made available for purchase upon request

Recordings are stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. By completing your booking, you provide your consent to be recorded during your session.

If you do not consent to being recorded, please notify us at heather@gezellig.health prior to your session. In such cases, Gezellig Health reserves the right to cancel the session with a full refund.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Packages must be purchased in full prior to scheduling your first session.

8. Disclaimer

Emotion Code and Heart Wall sessions are energy healing practices. Heather Hensley is not a licensed medical or mental health professional. Sessions offered through Gezellig Health are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

9. Professional Conduct & Mutual Respect

Clients are expected to engage respectfully at all times. Any behavior that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate may result in the immediate termination of the session. Sessions are designed to support your well-being, and maintaining a safe environment is essential for all parties.

All sessions are conducted remotely via video call. As the practitioner, Heather Hensley maintains full discretion in managing the session environment to ensure it remains professional and safe.

10. Right to End a Session

Gezellig Health reserves the right to end a session at any time if the session becomes unsafe, if professional boundaries are violated, or if the client becomes disruptive or inappropriate. This applies to both individual sessions and package sessions.

  • If a session is ended due to inappropriate behavior, the session fee will not be refunded.
  • For package clients: if a session is ended due to inappropriate behavior, Gezellig Health reserves the right to discontinue all remaining sessions in the package. Remaining sessions will be forfeited and fees will not be refunded.
  • In rare circumstances involving threats, harassment, or illegal behavior, Gezellig Health reserves the right to take additional steps, including contacting authorities, to ensure safety.

11. Cancellations & Rescheduling by Practitioner

In the event of a non-behavior-related cancellation initiated by Gezellig Health (e.g., illness or emergency), remaining or affected sessions will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually available time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gezellig Health and Heather Hensley shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Your participation in sessions is entirely voluntary.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
