Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Individual Sessions

  • Full refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
  • Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge if requested 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment. No refund is issued for rescheduled sessions.
  • No refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.

Our 48-hour cancellation window exists because each appointment represents a dedicated time slot that is difficult to fill on short notice. Advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another client in need. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.

Session Packages

  • Before your first session: If you cancel 48 hours or more before your first scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund of the package price.
  • After using one or more sessions: Partial refunds are available for unused sessions. Used sessions will be recalculated at the individual session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded, minus any transaction fees incurred by Gezellig Health.

    Example: If you purchase a 5-session package (30 minutes) for $225 and use 2 sessions, those 2 sessions will be billed at $50 each ($100 total). The remaining $125 will be refunded, minus applicable transaction fees.

  • No refund is available for completed sessions beyond the recalculation described above.

Transaction Fees

Refunds are issued minus any payment processing fees incurred by Gezellig Health as a result of the original transaction and refund process.

We are happy to process refunds in accordance with this policy. However, please note that payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount. These fees are incurred at the time of your original purchase and are not returned to us when a refund is issued. We appreciate your understanding.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
